Annual Meeting

The District conducts an annual meeting to set the Groundwater Extraction Fee. This meeting is held during the month of April. A notice of the meeting is mailed to all real property owners within the District. The District obtains this information from the San Joaquin County Assessor’s office.

At this meeting the Board reviews the Engineer’s Report prepared annually for the District. The Engineer’s Report reviews the current and previous groundwater conditions as well as predicts future conditions. The Engineer’s Report is available both here on the website and by mail (upon request).
