On December 6, 2020, the San Joaquin County Superior Court ordered service of the Summons in Central San Joaquin Water Conservation District vs. All Persons Interested in the Matter of the Contract Between The Central San Joaquin Water Conservation District and the United States of America for the Delivery of a Supply of Water from the United States of America, Providing for Payment for the Supply of Water, and Providing Conditions Applicable to the Supply of Water and Payment, and All Persons, Known and Unknown, Claiming Through or Under Such Persons, San Joaquin County Superior Court Case No. STK-CV-UCC-2020-0009679, filed on November 18, 2020, to be served via publication.
The Summons, along with the Order on Notice of Related Cases (relating this matter to San Joaquin County Superior Court Case No. STK-CV-UCC-2020-0009678), will be published in the Record on December 12, December 19, and December 26, 2020.
Defendants have until January 19, 2021 to move, plead, or otherwise respond to the Complaint in this action.
